SHIPPING DISCREPANCIES
All shipping discrepancies must be reported within 5 business days of receipt of merchandise.

Each Go CampKit includes carefully selected camping products that are safe, affordable, durable and practical. We seek environment-friendly products when possible.
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. New, unused merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 3 days of delivery, subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee. There is no reimbursement for shipping and handling fees. Customers are responsible for shipping and insurance charges. Prior authorization is required. Please contact us at customerservice@gocampkit.com to obtain a Return Authorization number (R.A. #) and instructions. In your email, please include the name, address, phone number and email address of the purchaser (and recipient, if different), along with the reason for return.
All items must be complete, unused and in brand-new condition and returned in the original packaging. Used items and items with tags removed cannot be accepted. No credit will be given for damaged or missing contents.
DAMAGED AND DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
We select products for their quality and safety. Claims for damaged or defective Go CampKit merchandise must be received within 3 business days of receipt. Please send an email to customerservice@gocampkit.com including your name, contact information, and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization number, and directions.
